Vardiashvili Family Wine Cellar produces chacha from both Saperavi and Rkatsiteli grape varieties. In the process of distillation, the so-called “heads” and “tails” are removed and only “hearts”, middle distillate is taken. This way, the distillate is freed from all harmful substances and unpleasant tastes. The distillate is filtered with high-quality charcoal filters, which further softens its flavours.
