Vardiashvili’s oak-aged chacha is made from the best distillates obtained from Saperavi grapes pomace end Saperavi wine distillation. It should be noted that we allow only middle fraction distillate into production. The liquid is filtered through charcoal filters, which further cleans and softens the distillate. Distillates that are at least 4 years old are used to produce this product. This chacha is aged in oak barrels.

Aromas

Vardiashvili’s oak-aged chacha is characterized by a soft, harmonious structure. The taste features tones of roasted almonds and hazelnuts, which are velvety with soft flavors of vanilla and chocolate from the oak. Vardiashvili’s oak-aged chacha is produced in small quantities and each bottle is individually hand-bottled and packed for delivery to customers.
